Can you give me impartial advice about websites?

We will always do our best to give you impartial advice even if that means not getting your business. 

We realise getting advice is difficult.  The whole website design thing is subjective and one person's must-have is another person's bugbear.  What we will do though is listen.  We will not blind you with jargon.  We will not recommend anything that we believe not to be in your best interests.  If we can't do something you need we will be up front about it.  If we think you are asking for something that is not ideal we will make suggestions, but ultimately you are the customer and you have the final say.

We will also bring our experience of work in many different companies and business sectors to bear on your needs, and focus more on those needs than on the technicalities of the site.
